Software License Agreement

Grant of License

When you purchase a license for GitMon, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to run GitMon on up to three (3) personal Macintosh computers that you own or control.

Updates & Renewals

Your purchase includes twelve (12) months of software updates and new releases from the date of purchase. After 12 months, your installed version continues to run indefinitely. You may optionally purchase an annual renewal to extend update coverage for another year.

Trial License

A 14-day unrestricted evaluation license is provided to test GitMon on your hardware. After 14 days, a paid license is required for continued operation.

GitMon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the author be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
